It’s time to ditch your sticky notes
Really, it’s time. You know it. We know it. You’re ready for a better to-do list, one that goes with you everywhere and tells you what needs to get done by when.
Go to my tasks
My tasks shows you everything that’s assigned to you, allowing you to prioritize your tasks—and your time.
Here are three ways to make my tasks your own.
  1. Organize your tasks with sections. Create one by pressing Tab + N.
  2. Rearrange tasks automatically with rules, elevating tasks that are due today, tasks that are overdue, and more. Here’s how you can set them up.
  3. Press “sort”—next to the customize button in the top-right corner—to list tasks by due date, project, or however you like.

✅ Anatomy of a great task
Tasks are bite-sized action items that take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. Here’s how to make the most of them:
Start every task title with a verb, so it’s clear what needs to get done.
Assign the task to someone, even if it’s yourself, and add a due date.
Use the description of every task to add context, including images and file attachments.
